First, we carefully and intentionally limit our number of clients. Early on, we came to realize that, the fewer clients we take on, the better were the outcomes of each case. That selectivity and focus led to our receiving awards from both state and national legal ratings groups.
Second, we thoroughly and strategically tailor-make “trial game plans” that are unique to each case. No two cases are the same. What might seem to be a tiny, irrelevant piece of evidence to one lawyer might be the crux of our entire winning strategy. Our passion is methodically crafting solid and unique legal arguments that throw our opponents off their game.
Lastly, we are consummate professionals. Your opponents know us. Your opponents respect us.
Respect. Honesty. Reliability.
We uphold these ideals in our practice daily. We are entrusted with our clients’ life-changing problems, and we value the trust they place in us. At the same time, we are human too. We understand what each client is going through. The pains, the burdens, and the toll it takes on their livelihood and their families. We strive to be the best we can be when our job is to help others when they are at their worst.
We appreciate all of our clients, our supporters, and the individuals who trust us with their lives. If you find yourself in what seems to be a hopeless situation, call us. We are here to help you.
Client was arrested in a state run sting operation. He was a husband and father. His employer was going to fire him if he were to be found guilty.
Schiffer Law Firm found a legal problem in the search warrant and, using Supreme Court precedent, got the case dismissed.
Ultimately, Schiffer Law Firm got the case expunged and the client can now legally deny ever being arrested.
Client was accused of inappropriately touching a minor female relative.
The alleged victim made the outcry to her parents and they contacted the local authorities. A CPS investigation began and then local law enforcement picked up the case.
The district attorney’s office filed charges, a grand jury indicted our client, and we took the case to trial.
After a long yet successful trial, the jury found our client not guilty of indecency with a child by contact and he was acquitted of all charges.
Client was charged with intoxication manslaughter after his car collided with another and killed one person with multiple witnesses.
The prosecution argued that our client should be sentenced to the maximum allowed punishment of 20 years in state prison. Our detailed investigation and working with our expert witnesses was instrumental in our securing a not guilty verdict after a full week in trial.
